Hours: Minimum 8 hours per week (Monday to Saturday), ad hoc shifts

About the Role

We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and professional Part-Time Viewings Assistant to join our passionate team at Heartwood Homes. This role involves conducting property viewings, meeting prospective buyers or tenants, and representing our brand with enthusiasm and care.

You’ll play a key role in helping clients find their next home – offering local insight, answering questions, and showcasing properties to the highest standard.

What You’ll Do

Conduct property viewings across St Albans
Be the friendly face of Heartwood Homes during each viewing
Answer basic property-related questions and take feedback from clients
Communicate clearly with the sales/lettings team regarding viewings
Occasionally support with access for trades or inspections

About You

A genuine passion for property and people
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Good knowledge of the local area and surrounding neighbourhoods
Punctual, professional, and reliable
Confident working independently and managing your schedule
A full UK driving licence and access to a car with insurance for business use
