As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Viewings Guide & Customer Service Associate to join our team. This is a great role for someone looking to get into Estate Agency or seeking an interesting a varied role. We will offer full training and support in a friendly, ambitious environment.
Please note: This role requires a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle, as travel to property viewings is a key part of the role. Candidates will only be considered if within a 20 minute commute of our office address.
Who We’re Looking For
Ideally, you’ll have 1–2 years of experience in customer service. But if you’re passionate, personable, and eager to learn, we’d love to hear from you — no experience is required for the right candidate!

Key Responsibilities
As a Viewings Guide & Customer Service Associate, your role will include:
- Supporting the team with property viewings and vendor liaison
- Responding to enquiries by phone, email, and in person
- Assisting in registering applicants and understanding buyer needs
- Learning to match buyers with suitable properties
- Carrying out general administrative tasks to support the team
