Sales & Lettings Consultant – Job Description
St Albans based.
Full Time position.
5 days a week, to include Saturdays on a rota.
Competitive Salary – Dependent on experience.
Job Description
Due to the success of our independently owned business we are excited to be expanding our team. We are a young and enthusiastic business with a strong desire to provide a professional service with an emphasis on customer service.
Experience would be preferred, but is not essential. We will provide training on the job and externally where required and support career progression. We are looking to build a happy team who are keen to stay with us. For the right candidate, this is an exciting opportunity to join the business and grow alongside the growth of Heartwood Homes.
Lettings experience would be desirable, but is not essential.
Duties
Answering phones and replying to email leads
- Registering applicants and understanding their requirements
- Liaising with vendors, landlords, buyers and tenants to arrange viewings.
- Calling buyers and to inform them of new properties to market.
- Excellent communication skills, keeping all clients up-to-date
- Attending viewings
- Negotiating sales and lets
- Day to day administrative duties
