Gold Winner for Best Estate Agent – British Property Awards 2022 7 Sep 2022

We are delighted to announce that we have been recognised for our outstanding customer service by the British Property Awards, awarded GOLD WINNER for 2022.

Having started our independent agency journey at the beginning of 2020 this is an achievement that we are incredibly proud of, our team work so hard to ensure that communication levels are high with a friendly and professional approach.

“I am so proud of the team here at Heartwood Homes, it has always been my dream to own an agency and build a team that have a reputation that we can be proud of. I want to challenge the negative perception that so many people have of Estate Agents and this award feels like a strong step in achieving that.” Founder/Owner Jon Stubbs

The British Property Awards are one of the most inclusive estate agency awards, there are no entry fees and all agents are equally judged via mystery shops across St Albans. The awards are independently judged and marked against 25 criteria.
