Best Estate Agent in Hertfordshire – Award Winners 15 Jan 2024

What an AMAZING birthday present! It’s a double celebration for us this month – not only is it our 4th Birthday, but we also received the news that we have been awarded Best Estate Agent in Hertfordshire by the British Property Awards for the year of 2023.

You may have seen us getting excited back in October when we announced that we had been awarded Best Estate Agent in St Albans for the second year running. Well, unbeknownst to us we were then entered into a further award where we were judged against all of the other winners within the Hertfordshire area – and we WON!!

The British Property Awards mystery shopped every Estate Agent in Hertfordshire throughout 2023, there are multiple stages to this and we were very proud to come out top; named Best Estate Agent in St Albans. This happened across the country and what we hadn’t realised was that the top agents for every area within Hertfordshire were then put through to a final judging round – this is when we were awarded Best Estate Agent in Hertfordshire all based on our customer Service. Our customer service is what we believe is our USP, so this award feels like a real achievement.

To say that we are proud is an understatement! To know that our hard work and high standards are appreciated and recognised means so much to us all.
