Why We Started Heartwood Homes
When we opened our doors in 2020, we had one goal: to bring a personal, people-first approach to buying and selling homes. Big agencies have their place, but too often the human side gets lost. For us, it’s never just about sales targets—it’s about helping people move into the next chapter of their lives, and doing that with honesty, care, and proper local know-how.

Giving Back: Our Partnership with Youth Talk
One of the things we’re most proud of is our ongoing support for Youth Talk, a local charity that provides free mental health counselling for young people in St Albans. For every house we sell, we donate a portion of our fee to this amazing cause. It’s our way of making sure our success helps support others in our community too.
